Vitaly Petrov took part in a meeting with the President of the Russian Federation and the President of the Republic of Belarus.
At the meeting with Vladimir Putin and Alexander Lukashenko, the SMP Racing driver spoke about the achievements of the SMP Racing team, such as third-place podium in 24 Hours of Le Mans race, the third place in the FIA World Endurance Championship standings, as well as the success of the program in various championships and series.Andrey Zhigunov, the seven-time Russian Rally champion, and Vladimir Vasiliyev, the winner of the FIA World Cup for Cross-Country Rallies, have also attended the meeting.
The presidents of the allied states expressed their support for the Russian drivers and wished them success in future competitions.
