There were difficult conditions on the track during the final race of the weekend due to heavy rain. Belov took the start of the third race in thirteenth place and quickly moved up to third place. During the last lap, he tried to overtake the rival ahead, but lost the control of the car on the wet surface and went off the track.

"Mikhael had a good weekend," Petr Aleshin, the director of the SMP Racing junior program commented. "The Italian championship is one of the most difficult among the junior series, and one of the most difficult and the most prestigious among the Formula 4 category. Therefore, there are a lot of participants, high competition and a lot of great battles. Vallelunga circuit is an old, technically difficult for driving and overtaking. Qualifying results play an important role and define a position on the grid. Mikhael drove very confidently in the first two races, and did an excellent job in the third race. Such races do not happen that often. Yes, the end of the race wasn’t that successful, but this is racing. I believe that we have achieved great results and scored good points in the first weekend of the season."
